The battle for Hispanic voters on Long Island

Brentwood, Long Island is one of the most diverse communities in New York State. According to the latest census count, more than 70 percent of its population is Hispanic. Nationally, Hispanics are playing a big role in this election, and both parties are doing all they can to court them. And in a year where many elections will be won by very slim margins, Hispanic voters might make all the difference in deciding close races. WNYC's David Cruz joined Sean Carlson to discuss how both parties are doing all they can to court Hispanic voters in places like Brentwood.
