Andie MacDowell on Starring in 'Love After Love'

Midday on WNYC | Mar 30, 2018

Andie MacDowell discusses her starring role in the new film Love After Love, directed by Russ Harbaugh. MacDowell plays Suzanne, a recently widowed mother of two adult sons (played by Chris O'Dowd and James Adomian). The film follows the family members as they cope with the loss of their patriarch. Told through quiet, haunting moments with sparse dialogue, Love after Love explores how grief is expressed in all its complexity.

Love after Love is playing at the IFC Center.

This segment is guest hosted by Hari Kondabolu.
