An Abusive Relationship Meets a Fatal End

Michele Paolella, program director of Day One, an organization that partners with youth to end dating abuse and domestic violence, discusses the story of domestic abuse victim Kia Von Miller, who was shot and killed by her husband along with their two children.

Kia’s story is told by her sister (and Radio Rookies contributor) Destiny Mabry as part of the WNYC Radio Rookies series Crushed: Teens and Dating Abuse.
