Brian Lehrer Debate Preview:
Foreign Policies
John Kerry made the Iraq war his dominant campaign theme and the first presidential debate on foreign policy will be an opportunity for both candidates to establish their differences. We'll look at the issues in advance of the debate with a foreign policy expert. We'll also get insight on the arcane rules governing the discussion with author George Farah and we'll examine the inevitable twisting of the facts with Spinsanity.com's Bryan Keefer.
