Deadline Nears for Budget Negotiations

Governor Eliot Spitzer and the legislature are close to reaching a compromise over the new state budget, due this Sunday, April 1st. Until now, bitter arguments have complicated the negotiation process. Karen DeWitt reports from Albany.
