Spitzer Aims to Create Better Business Environment

In an effort to keep New York on top of the global finance game, Governor Spitzer is appointing a commission to figure out ways to make it easier to do business here. Spitzer's executive order will recommend changes to current financial regulations.

Back when Spitzer was attorney general, he used to call for more regulation. But now he's working with Mayor Bloomberg and others who fear New York could lose business to London and other financial centers.
