Tomorrow marks Israel’s 60th anniversary as an independent nation. Here in New York, Israelis and others will be celebrating with concerts, parties and -- of course -- with food. In preparation for the holiday, Daniela Gerson paid a visit to an East Village grocery store called the Holy Land Market.
