Female singers are featured, especially if their accompaniments are glitchy. In this show we'll hear from Bjork, and also the groups Broadcast, Europa 51, Team Doyobi, and many others.
Singer/composer Bjork seems to have mothered a lot of singers who emulate her mix of voice, abstracted percussive sounds, and computerized electronics. Or maybe these women are simply on a similar musical path, one which takes them to strange but compelling territory.
