Aaron Copland's orchestral suite "Music for Movies" draws on several of his film scores, most notably his music for William Wyner's "The Heiress," starring Olivia de Havilland and Montgomery Clift. The movie won four Academy Awards in 1949, including one for Copland's sweeping score.
