The Plaza Hotel's Palm Court, Eloise's favorite tea spot in Manhattan, is re-opening again after a 15-month renovation. Among the changes: No more harp music. Yet other restaurants around New York continue the old tradition of strolling violinists, window-side sitar players and boisterous mariachi bands. We're joined by Aileen Gallagher of New York magazine's Grub Street blog and Diane Leslie, a pianist who performs at the restaurant One If By Land, Two If By Sea.
