We'll talk to composers Martin Bresnick and Eve Beglarian live in the studio as they prepare to participate in the first ever marathon of music commissioned by the organization Meet the Composer, taking place this Saturday in Minneapolis.
And composer Frank Lewin also stops by. He'll tell about his opera, Burning Bright, based on the play and novel by John Steinbeck. Judith Davidoff, artistic director of the New York Consort of Viols, will join us for a live performance.
