Yo Miss!

Judith Sloan of the arts group Earsay talks about the project, "Cross-Cultural Dialogue Through The Arts" which takes place at the International High School at LaGuardia Community College in Queens. John Starkey is a former teacher at the school; Madeha Kwaja and Stephanie Saint-Val are students participating in the project. Event This Thursday: Judith Sloan's new performance Yo Miss: Teaching Inside the Cultural Divide compiles many of the stories and lessons she has gathered from her years of teaching.
