3 cups corn
2 cups stock
Mayonaise
Crema Mexicana
Powdered chile
1 lime (cut in half)
1 cup crumbled cotija cheese
Directions: Mix the corn, stock, mayo and cream; sprinkle with the cheese, powdered chili and a squeeze of lime juice.
