The original version of "Little Dreamer" by Baltimore synth pop trio Future Islands is one of the unusually slower jams by the soulful, dancy group (seeing them on stage is like watching Joe Cocker cover New Order). But in this remix, Victoria Legrand of the band Beach House and the obscure artist Jones (both Charm City residents) chop and twist this ballad into a dance floor-ready number while retaining some of the melancholy of the original song.

NOTE: Future Islands has cancelled it's appearance due to illness. Other bands performing tonight on the same bill will go on as scheduled.
