Flutists Nathalie Joachim and Allison Loggins-Hull met on MySpace in 2008 after coming across each others' pages at around the same time. The classically-trained musicians realized that they shared an interest in experimental flute music and formed Flutronix in 2009. The Brooklyn duo's indie chamber music masterfully blends elegant acoustic flute work with looping electronic blips and beats.
