It’s been a few years, but Beirut’s Zach Condon and his gang of multi-instrumentalists recently came out with their third album - “The Rip Tide.” While previous releases found inspiration in the Balkans, or Mexico, the new offering from the brass-happy group looks a bit closer to home on tracks like “East Harlem,” and “Santa Fe.” Today, Beirut joins us in studio to discuss the new record - and, they play live
