Issa Rae, creator and star of HBO's Insecure, is having a stellar year. Her show just wrapped its second season, she signed a development deal with HBO, and Barack Obama told her he loves her show. Recently, Phoebe joined Issa in L.A. and the two made some black girl magic. Plus, Phoebe goes to the laundromat!
