Bill Siemering has traveled all over the world to help people to create their own radio stations — in places such as South Africa and the Czech Republic. Over the past 5 years he's made a number of trips to Mongolia for the Open Society Institute to help develop local radio there. One of the places he visited was the Southern Gobi Province.
