Common Rotation Holiday Party

Spinning on Air | Dec 21, 2010

Recharge your holiday batteries with the tuneful fun of Common Rotation.

This L.A.-based band of New Yorkers is home for the holidays, and joins host David Garland for a festive performance in the WNYC Studio with special guests, including guitarist Dan Miller of They Might Be Giants, and Tom Lenk of Broadway's "Rock of Ages." Common Rotation's Adam Busch and Tom Lenk met on the set of the TV show "Buffy the Vampire Slayer," and also guesting on Spinning On Air is Amber Benson, who also had a role on "Buffy." Amber and Adam have co-directed a feature film, "Drones," and they'll tell us about that. Tom Lenk will tell us about Tuba Christmas, and help bring the oom-pah to the new year.

This show first aired Dec. 27, 2010.
