In 1990, Jennie Livingston released her documentary ‘Paris is Burning.’ The award winning film chronicled the golden age of drag balls in New York City, the communities that coalesced around them, and the birth of voguing. This week, as the film receives its first digital release, Jennie joins us for a look back. Plus, we hear about the resurgence of voguing with DJ Johnny Dynell, a longtime member of the House of Xtravaganza. He tells us about his latest project, “Schwam! 21^st Century Vogue.”
