Gina Barreca is Professor of English Literature and Feminist Theory at the University of Connecticut.  Dr. Barreca has served as an advisor to the Library of Congress for work on humor and the American character, and is the author of eight books, including It's Not That I'm Bitter: How I Learned To Stop Worrying About Visible Panty Lines and Conquered the World.
