TV On the Radio co-founder and multi-instrumentalist Dave Sitek has become the go-to producer for a range of acts from indie rock band the Yeah Yeah Yeahs to singer Holly Miranda. His solo project Maximum Balloon is a collaboration with familiar friends on synth-heavy, danceable songs.
