Clayelle Dalferes hosts overnights and weekends at WQXR. She began hosting at WQXR weekends in 1993 after working at New York’s ill-fated WNCN.
A native of Cajun Country in southern Louisiana, Dalferes moved to New York and spent ten years as an actress in Broadway and off-Broadway productions including Marat/Sade. A baseball aficionado and amateur playwright, Dalferes lives in New York City and is frequently mistaken for Greta Garbo.
