In a bizarre accident, the lawyer for the family of a dead Russian whistle blower fell from a fourth-floor window. Nikolai Gorokhov suffered severe head injuries in the accident which occurred while movers lifted a bathtub to his apartment. Police deny any evidence of foul play.
