Carol Ann Cheung

Carol Ann Cheung is an editor at Carnegie Hall, where she specializes in editing its publications and programs for new music and living composers. She also freelances as a writer, editor, and graphic designer for composers and musicians.

Originally from Maryland, she earned her bachelor’s degree in piano performance from Indiana University, and collaborates with singers and performs in ensembles around New York City. Carol Ann is involved in special projects with several new music ensembles, including Alarm Will Sound and Metropolis Ensemble, and serves as communications director for the Music Mondays chamber music series.

She also manages creative projects around the city, including a piano bar truck that stops throughout Manhattan for spontaneous sidewalk karaoke sessions with live musicians.
