Alexis Gordon

Hi! I'm Alexis and I am 17, soon to be 18 in March. I go to the East-West High School of International Studies in Flushing, Queens. I love to eat food from around the world and am willing to try any new flavor (as long as I am not allergic to it). One of my goals in the future is to travel the world and experience every culture through food.

I live in Springfield Gardens, NY. Some of the major parts are filled with apartment buildings and businesses; but where I live it is not very populated and has small houses, trees and dogs.

I am very clumsy. Many of my friends wonder how I managed to live so long. I am always tripping over things, walking into stuff and dropping things.

Recorder: Lint
My recorder, Lint, likes to take long naps and play with puzzle games. Lint is friends with Elf (Hawa’s recorder).

(Note: Each Rookie named his/her equipment as a way to feel more at ease with the technology. Recorded in December of 2009.)
