WNYC is a media sponsor of the Howl! East Village Arts Festival.

The 7th Annual Howl! East Village Festival of the Arts will begin Friday, September 10th at 5pm, with the festival’s traditional reading of the Allen Ginsberg poem, “Howl.” The festival continues through September 12th with performances, poetry and parades in the East Village.
