School is over, work is not,
Summer tasks start on the dot.

NHS and applications,
Need to meet high expectations.

Hours, hours day and night,
Toiling until it’s not bright.

Reading books and papers too,
There is just too much to do!

School come back; on summer I’ll pass,
I’d rather be sitting in class.
