A recent survey - Texas, Nebraska, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Rhode island, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Jersey, New Mexico, Maine, New Hampshire, Florida, tons from Pennsylvania (that is a recent pehnomena), Maryland - What gives?
