$7,000 extra out of pocket due to increase imposed by 3 essentials

1. Hoboken Property Tax ~ up 40% in 2008 compared to 2007.
2. Gas and Electric companies have raised prices by 13 to 15%.
3. Company provided new Health Care plan deductible = $2,300 and monthly premium payment = $150 hence $4,100 from my pocket before insurance chips in anything!

Grand Total extra cost ~ $7,000 in a year with no salary increase!
