I live in Flatbush just bordering Prospect Lefferts Gardens. Lincoln Road (near the bottom of Prospect Park) has become a neighborhood hub of sorts: the best community coffeeshop (with art exhibits, movie showings and civic meetings), CSA pickup locale, and 2 new nice restaurants (one just opened this month!). Things seem better, not worse here
