Banged-up Bentley

Spotted near Lincoln Center: A Bentley with a banged up driver's side door that had been patched up with duct tape. But the really noteworthy thing was that the duct tape was silver and the car was black. How bad have things gotten if you need to do some car repairs and you can't even spring for a roll of tape that matches the Bentley?
