A New Jersey lawmaker is trying to bring a statewide version of Dolly Parton’s beloved Imagination Library to Garden State. If passed, would allow children under 5 who live in New Jersey to get one free book in the mail each month. 

New Jersey Assemblyman Bill Moen, who is sponsoring the legislation, joins WNYC's Sean Carlson to talk more about it.
