Cursive comes back to New Jersey public schools

Students in New Jersey public schools are once again required to learn cursive.
Former Governor Phil Murphy signed a law at the end of his term that mandates the study for third, fourth, and fifth graders.
Tamar Lasure-Owens, a teacher at Leeds Avenue Elementary School in Pleasantville, New Jersey, joined WNYC's Michael to discuss how the effort has been going.
