25 years of 9/11 health impacts on the FDNY

The Mamdani administration released documents this morning suggesting city officials misled the public about the air quality in lower Manhattan in the months after the 9/11 attacks.
The FDNY also recently released a health report, detailing the latest findings on long term health effects in 9/11 first responders in the 25 years since the attacks.
The chief medical officer for the FDNY Dr. David Prezant was on the scene at Ground Zero on 9/11 during the Twin Towers’ collapse and the aftermath. He joins WNYC's Sean Carlson to talk more about the FDNY report.
