- there are many different types of manufacturing processes to make vitamins. some lower cost vitamins such as the big name brands (centrum) use lower quality ingredients like calcium carbonate. some higher quality companies like new chapter, grow their own plants and make full spectrum extracts. has there ever been any testing between these 2 tier of vitamins to determine effectiveness? What is your guest's opinion of this issue?
- most juices are sweetened with sugar. some even with high fructose corn syrup. juices without any extra sweeteners are as popular as the regualr juice most people consume. just as bad as soda.
