I got sick from Atomic Wings in the East Village. How could deep frying chicken get me sick? The workers probably had dirty hands in a dirty kitchen.
I stayed away from chicken for about 4 years and cautiously eat out now.

Obama should have pushed for single payer universal health care, then the Republicans would have looked jerks for trying to repeal that.
- Nearly all banks are adding more restrictions to have free checking. Chase, for example, now requires 5 debit card purchases or a direct deposit of $500 or more. The fee is $6 per month.
Banks are doing fine and they say that costs are going up. Show us what is going up.
- Cuomo never gave specifics on how to cut the budget. Taxes will need to go up, face realty. Why not tax corporations more? Oh no, they will leave NY and jobs will be lost. Come on, don't believe the hype.
Cuomo has a tough battle and will disappoint. It's a no win situation.

- I understand why black people are suspect of the police, having lived in Bed-Stuy for two years now. I have seen police harass people in Bed-Stuy for minor offenses that eventually get dismissed in court. What a waste of time and resources. It seems like the police are like quality-of-life patrol officers nowadays. Everyone is a target.
I certainly do not every approach the police. I fear them.
