- Taking frequent breaks, using a good chair, not slouching may all be important. But the thing to do about this, besides quitting your job, is to take a few sessions in the Alexander Technique. It will teach you how to deal with whatever your situation is. I'm a certified AT teacher here in NYC, and I see and help people with this problem all day.
