The New York Civil Liberties Union filed suit against the NYPD on Tuesday to get access to Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly’s schedules from the past several years.

A woman who was allegedly pepper-sprayed by a Deputy Inspector in the police department will meet with prosecutors in the Manhattan District Attorney's Office on Monday.
