Mitt Romney is a man who has held multiple positions on the issues—sometimes on the same issue. In 2008, his campaign aides had a term they preferred for him: a "turnaround" artist. They were referring to his track record in reviving struggling businesses, but one could be forgiven for assuming it applies to his stance on social issues.
Romney has several things going for him which make him a likely contender in the upcoming elections. For one, he has money — lots of it.

On Saturday, political newcomer and Tea Party activist Jack Kimball was elected chairman of the New Hampshire GOP, adding new complexity to the 2012 presidential race—the first contest for the presidency with Tea in the mix—since all eyes will be on New Hampshire and its first-in-the-nation primary next January.

You may be thinking about Thanksgiving and the beginning of the holiday season, but pollsters are already looking to November 6, 2012. And if that election were held today, Obama would be in trouble according to a Quinnipiac poll out today – but not if his opponent were former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin.
