SELECTED SHORTS honors the memory of our creator and host of Isaiah Sheffer, who died on November 8, 2012., in a reprise of a special program hosted by Colum McCann.   For nearly thirty years Sheffer presided over our “celebration of the short story.”  He was much loved and is still sorely missed.
