The government shutdown in Washington continues as Republicans and Democrats continue to say they won't change their position on negotiating around the budget and debt ceiling issues. On ABC "This Week" House Speaker John Boehner also said that "we're not going to pass a clean debt limit increase," insisting that budget changes be made before a debt ceiling vote.
