In Pittsburgh’s Hill District in 1936, the Charles family battle their surroundings and each other over their shared legacy – an antique piano. “The Piano Lesson” is playing at the Irene Diamond Stage at The Pershing Square Signature Center.

A revival of August Wilson's "Joe Turner's Come and Gone" is up for six Tonys, but has caused controversy with the choice of a white director.
