Yesterday, Alex Rodriguez stormed out of his arbitration hearing after being informed that Major League Baseball commissioner Bud Selig would not be testifying in the case over his use of performance enhancing drugs. Later, a lawyer for Rodriguez told WFAN's Mike Francesa that "there is no legal forum in the United States where a man doesn't get to face his accusers." NPR's Mike Pesca discusses whether A-Rod has a point, and whether Selig should have to state baseball's case in person.

Alex Rodriguez was suspended through 2014 and All-Stars Nelson Cruz, Jhonny Peralta and Everth Cabrera were banned 50 games apiece Monday when Major League Baseball disciplined 13 players in a drug case - the most sweeping punishment since the Black Sox scandal nearly a century ago.
