Why 2016 Could Be A Big Year For Marijuana Legalization

At least five states — California, Nevada, Arizona, Massachusetts and Maine — will vote on the legalization of marijuana for recreational use this year, and three others — Florida, Missouri and Arkansas — will vote on legalization for medical use.
