Michael Kimmelman, The New York Times architecture critic, and Vishaan Chakrabarti, founder of Practice for Architecture and Urbanism and a professor at Columbia University, discusses Chakrabarti's plan to revamp Penn Station, following Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s recent announcement in which he detailed a $1.6 billion vision for the station. In “Penn Station Reborn,” Kimmelman and Chakrabarti look at what it will take to truly transform Penn Station.
