Mayor Bill de Blasio first budget was "good news-good news" — lots of goodies for all his favorite causes. And he took a pointed dig at New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, who has to make $800 million in cuts — by the end of next month. WNYC's Andrea Bernstein and Brigid Bergin break it all down with New Jersey Public Radio's Matt Katz.
