Week In Politics: From EPA Plans To POW's Release

This morning, the Obama Administration announced new proposals to curb climate change, American Sergeant Bowe Bergdahl was released after five years in captivity by the Taliban and the Supreme Court ruled in the chemical weapons case Bond v. United States.
