Vitaly Mansky's latest documentary “Under the Sun,” follows a young girl named Zin-mi and her parents as she prepares to join the Korean Children's Union on the 'Day Of The Shining Star' (Kim Jong-il's birthday). The film captures revealing details about everyday life in Pyongyang, the North Korean capital, as it chronicles the family's instruction on how to be ideal patriots.
