U.S. Worries Russia Has Flight-Tested Nuke

The Obama administration is concerned that Russia has flight tested a new ground-based cruise missile, violating the landmark arms control treaty that U.S. President Ronald Reagan and Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev negotiated in 1987, which helped end the Cold War.

Michael Gordon, chief military correspondent for The New York Times, broke the story and joins Here & Now’s Jeremy Hobson with details on the flight tests and the Obama administration’s reaction.
